Young Ladies with a Purpose is a youth development and mentorship program dedicated to empowering young women through life skills education, leadership development, community engagement, and meaningful real-world experiences. Participants are encouraged to grow in confidence, build positive relationships, explore their purpose, and develop the skills needed to succeed in school, career, and life—all within a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.

Who Can Participate?

Girls age 11–18
Open to youth from all backgrounds and experiences
Individuals seeking personal growth, leadership development, and positive community involvement

What Participants Can Expect

Engaging workshops and activities held twice each month
Practical life skills education and leadership development opportunities
Exposure to college, career, volunteer, and community resources
Hands-on learning experiences, field trips, and service projects
A safe, supportive, and structured environment that promotes confidence, growth, and success

Parent Information

We understand the importance of safety, communication, and family involvement. Our goal is to keep parents informed and engaged throughout the program.

Parents Will:

Receive updates about upcoming workshops, events, and activities
Be notified of any schedule, location, or program changes
Have access to program contact information and staff support
Be encouraged to communicate questions, concerns, and feedback

Important Information

Some workshops and special events may require advance registration due to limited space.
Participation is ongoing and flexible, allowing youth to join and remain engaged throughout the year.
The program is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all participants.

Transportation

Transportation may be available for select activities. Parents or guardians needing transportation assistance should contact program staff in advance to discuss available options.
